It was another successful day on the oval as the South Winn boys and girls track teams hosted the South Winn Invite Saturday, held at Luther College.
No team scores were kept in the final indoor meet of the season.

Meet record relay
The boys team had four events take first place, with one setting a meet record.
The sprint medley relay of Jared Schroeder, Treyton Jacobsen, Ben Meyer and Devin Franzen cut over four seconds off their seed time to take first in 3:48.81. The previous meet record was 3:51.36, set in 2010 by the South Winn team of Alex Schmitt, Ethan Adams, Jayden DeVilbiss and Brett Losen.
The 4x400 of Chris Brincks, B. Meyer, Mitch Herold and Franzen also blazed around the track. The quartet set a time of 3:38.79. They just missed the meet record of 3:38.64.
Two individuals also took first. Brincks tied for first in the high jump by clearing 6 feet even. Nathan Meyer was the champion in the 800-meter run. The senior clocked in at 2:06.17, just edging teammate Garrett Bohach in 2:07.01.
