Doing battle against a non-conference foe, the South Winn girls basketball team (1-2, 1-1 UIC) fell to Crestwood (3-1) 65-24 Saturday night at home.

The Warriors scored just six points every quarter while the Cadets put up 28 in the first and 22 in the second to lead 50-12 at the halftime break.

Decorah was led in scoring by Brittany Shindelar, who had seven points, along with four rebounds. Kennidee DeVilbiss had four points. Abby Phillips added four. Payton Poshusta had four steals while Micole Lansing had four assists.
