It was a busy night for the South Winn wrestlng team Tuesday night as the Warriors traveled to Jesup to take on Jesup, North-Linn, Belle Plaine and Midland.

The Warriors defeated Belle Plaine 60-0 and Midland 45-23 and fell to Jesup 39-42 and North-Linn 48-33.

At 160 pounds, Ben Meyer grabbed a 17-10 decision over Jesup's Brendan Murrary, Eli Slouha of Midland 9-3 and an 11-4 decision over Dakota Lopta of North-Linn. He pinned Joey Schwenn of Belle Plaine in 5:10. Ryan Hageman had two pins and two forfeits. He threw Riley Murray of Jesup in 3:30 and Jacob Rawson of North-Linn in 1:15.

At 172 pounds, Landers Kuboushek pinned Jesup's Ryan Even in 2:29. He also received three forfeits. Anthony Emanuel (220) threw Kane McEnany of North-Linn in 23 seconds and had three forfeits.
