The Decorah boys track team has scored four points so far at the state track meet.
The Vikings sit in 20th place after one day.
The points came from senior Cole Svestka in the 400-meter run. Svestka took fifth in the event in 50.18 seconds Thursday night.
The 4x800 also took the track Thursday. Holt Johansen, Isaac Luzum, Bryce Hosting and Collin Nimrod had a time of 8:17.42, good for 10th overall.
Jake Hovden got on the track in the 100-meter dash. He finished 24th in 11.85 seconds.
Competition resumes Friday at 2:40 p.m.
