Getting back on the hardwood following winter break, the Turkey Valley boys basketball team (1-7, 1-6 UIC) fell at home to Clayton Ridge 36-71.

Both teams wanted to move the ball in the first quarter; however at the break the Eagles had the nine-point advantage, 17-8. The lead was pushed in the second quarter to 12 at 34-22.

In the third quarter the Trojan offense became stagnant, scoring just five points while allowing Clayton Ridge 25 to put the game away.
