With just two games to start the week, the South Winn baseball team (18-3, 7-3 UIC) swept Valley (4-14, 0-6 UIC) in the final series between the two games, as the Tigers merge with North Fayette for the upcoming school year.

In the first game, the Warriors won 12-0 in five innings. South Winn struck for two runs in the first, seven in the second and three in the third.

Trevor Schweinefus was dynamite on the mound, allowing one hit and striking out six.

On offense, the Warriors had 15 hits. Jordan Rommes was 3-for-4 with three runs scored, two stolen bases and three RBIs. Colton Hageman went 3-for-4 with two runs scored, an RBI and two stolen bases. Christian Kleve and Isaac Taylor both had two hits and two RBIs while T. Schweinefus had two singles and one RBI.
