So they meet again.

For the second year in a row, the Turkey Valley volleyball team (20-13) will battle with Class 1A No. 7 Tripoli (22-14) in the Class 1A volleyball tournament.

The Trojans defeated Kee High (8-18) 3-0 Tuesday night in Postville in the regional quarterfinals to advance. Tripoli knocked off Starmont 3-0 in the quarterfinals. The Trojans and Panthers will battle in the semifinals Friday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m. in Tripoli.

The winner will advance to the regional final Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m. at Mason City Newman Catholic, facing the winner of Rockford (13-13) and Bishop Garrigan (17-16).

The state tournament runs Nov. 12-15 in Des Moines.
