The wins continue to pile up for the Decorah girls soccer team as the Vikings (3-1) defeated Gladbrook-Reinbeck (2-2) 4-0 at home Thursday night.
Hannah Feuerhelm, Isabel Iverson, Abby Hudson and Elise Miller all put the ball in the back of the net.
“The ladies had a 1-0 lead going into halftime. They were able to control the game and correct, which gave us the opportunities to score,” said Coach Molly Ford. “It was a team effort, and the results showed it.”
The JV also had a perfect week, defeating Cedar Falls 5-0 Monday and taking down Gladbrook-Reinbeck 3-2 Thursday.
“They’re having a solid year as well,” commented Ford.
