Eleven members of the South Winn football team were named to the Class 1A District 4 all-district team for their work on the field.
Six were named first team, three second team and two were recognized as honorable mention.
Tyler Numedahl, Ryan Hageman, Jordan Rommes, Garrett Bohach, Darrik Poshusta and Chris Brincks were all named first team.
Numedahl, a junior linebacker, garnered his first all-district honor. Numedahl led the team in total takcles with 114, 51 solo and 63 assisted. He had four tackles for a loss, three assisted tackles for a loss and two solo sacks. He also had one interception.
Hageman, a junior linebacker, also earned his first all-district honor. Hageman was second on the team in tackles. He had 41 solo and 64 assisted for 105 total. He also had two solo tackles for a loss and five assisted. He also had one interception. Hageman led the team rushing with 770 yards on 95 carries.
Rommes, a junior wide receiver, earned his third all-district honor. Rommes led all of Class 1A in receiving yards with 1,333 and touchdowns with 18. He had 52 receptions, averaging 25.6 yards per catch. He also rushed for 273 yards and threw for 125.
As a senior quarterback, Bohach earned his second straight first team honor. Bohach completed 50-of-104 passes for 1,212 yards. He averaged 24.2 yards per completion, to go with 12 touchdowns. Bohach also rushed for 662 yards.
On the offensive line, senior Poshusta was named first team for the second straight year. He was honorable mention in 2011. Poshusta helped the offense pickup 2,010 yards passing and 3,103 yards rushing, for 5,113 total.
At the linebacker spot, senior Brincks earned his second all-district honor. He was third on the team with 102 tackles. He had 50 solo and 52 assisted. He led the team in tackles for a loss with 20 solo and 11 assisted. He also had eight solo sacks and four assists.
Seniors Jared Schroeder and Alex Shatek, along with junior Christian Kleve, earned second team honors.
Schroeder earned first team a year ago. The running back had 408 yards on 61 carries, averaging 6.7 yards per carry. He also had three touchdowns.
As a defensive back, Shatek earned his first all-district award. He had 41 total tackles, with 29 solo and 12 assisted. He also had three tackles for a loss and one interception, returned 28 yards for a touchdown.
Kleve, a running back, earned his first all-district honor. Kleve rushed 88 times for 417 yards, averaging 4.7 yards per carry. He led the team with 14 rushing touchdowns.
Seniors Andre Walz and Adam Lensing were named honorable mention. Walz was a part of the offensive line that put up 528 points, averaging 44 points a contest.
Lensing, a linebacker, had 49 tackles. He collected 25 solo and 24 assisted stops, along with six solo tackles for a loss and one sack. He also picked off one pass.
