The Class 3A No. 2 Decorah football team (9-0, 6-0 district) will enter the playoffs on a 23-game win streak after defeating Western Dubuque (4-5, 3-3 district) 57-14 Friday in Epworth.

The Vikes, which were tied with Western Dubuque at 14-14 at the half, scored 43 unanswered points in the second half. In the third quarter alone, Decorah put up 181 yards of offense to Western Dubuque's -7.

Decorah has earned the No. 1 seed in District 5 and will face the No. 4 seed out of District 6 in the first round of the playoffs, on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. at Viking Stadium.
