For the 10th year in a row, the Class 3A No. 2 girls team captured the Northeast Iowa Conference cross country title with 20 points. It's the team's 14th conference title in school history.
The boys, ranked No. 6 in Class 3A, finished second with 46 points. Charles City, ranked No. 2 in Class 3A, won the NEIC title with 26 points. It's the first time in six years the Vikes haven't stood atop the podium. Overall Decorah has won 18 total NEIC titles.
Both the JV boys and girls teams seized conference titles.
