Several former Decorah High School athletes are a part of the Luther men's and women's cross country teams.

Members of the women's team are: Christina Storlie, a 2009 graduate of DHS, the daughter of Chris and Rhonda Storlie of Decorah; Tessa Kraus, a 2012 graduate of DHS, the daughter of Kevin and Barbara Kraus of Decorah; and Devon Hovey, a 2011 DHS graduate, the daughter of Tom and Joanne Hovey of Decorah.

Members of the men's team are: Andrew Storlie, a 2012 graduate of DHS, the son of Chris and Rhonda Storlie of Decorah; Evan Neubauer, a 2009 DHS graduate, the son of Kirk and Trish Neubauer of Decorah; Marty Mitchell, a 2009 Decorah graduate, the son of Jason and Judy Mitchell of Decorah; and Matt Iudin-Nelson, a 2010 DHS graduate, the son of Viktor and Laurie Iudin-Nelson of Decorah.

The women's team is led by Head Coach Yarrow Pasche, who is in her eighth year at the helm of the program. During her tenure, Luther has captured the Iowa Conference championship three times and has also been runner-up three times.

The Norse men's team is led by Head Coach Steve Pasche, who is in his eighth year. During his tenure, the Norse have made three trips to the NCAA Division III National Championships and were crowned Iowa Conference champions for five consecutive years.
