MARVIN KRIENER, 60, of Waucoma, died Saturday, June 29, 2013, from injuries he received in a tractor rollover accident. Mass of Christian Burial is at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 3, at St. Luke's Catholic Church, in St. Lucas, with Rev. Nick March presiding. Burial is in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, at St. Luke's Catholic Church and also after 9 a.m., at the church Wednesday morning. Arrangements are being handled by the Schluter - Balik Funeral Home in Decorah. Marvin is survived by his wife, Connie Kriener, Waucoma; three children: Heidi Kriener, Alpha; Christopher Kriener, Fort Collins, Colo.; and Craig Kriener, Cedar Falls. Marvin also is survived by his three sisters: Agnes Soukup, Ridgeway; Ann (Jack) Herold, Fort Atkinson; and Rita (Paul) Gerleman, Decorah; two brothers, Clarence Kriener, Lawler and Urban (Patricia) Kriener, Waucoma; one sister-in-law, Leona Kriener, Cresco; father- and mother-in-law, Robert and Beverly Delger, Clarion; one brother-in-law, David (Patty) Delger, Urbandale; along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and -nephews. Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, Chris and Cecilia Kriener; one brother, Luke Kriener; one sister, Irene (Vern) Schmitt; sister-in-law, Geniece Kriener; brother-in-law, Clarence Soukup; three nephews: Bruce Kriener, Ivan Kriener and James Schmitt.
