Schroeder in jail after failing to appear for sentencing

Mark Schroeder was taken into custody by Winneshiek County Sheriff’s deputies and a trooper with the Iowa State Patrol on three active arrest warrants Friday.
Schroeder was arrested at his residence, 3592 236th Ave., Burr Oak without incident.
The warrants are for:
• Third-degree burglary failure to appear for sentencing (Bond was set at $10,000 cash)
• Failure to appear (Bond is set at $7,500 cash)
• Second-degree theft (Bond is set at $10,000 cash)
Schroeder is being held in the Winneshiek County Jail.
