With more than 9,000 professional engagements to his name and a lengthy career spent building a fiercely entertaining repertoire, Master Hypnotist Jim Wand returns to Luther College at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, in the Center for Faith and Life Main Hall on the Luther campus.
For more than 25 years, Wand has not only brought fresh performances to Luther, but built up a professional brand all his own. 

He is the owner and founder of Wand Enterprises, which today employs more than 50 hypnotists, comedians, magicians and ventriloquists capable of performing shows tailored to any audience.

Wand has worked with entertainment personalities including Jay Leno, Chris Rock, Larry the Cable Guy, Jeff Probst, Sylvester Stallone, George Strait and Rascal Flatts.

He has also appeared on numerous TV programs and stations including the national FOX special “WOW,” “The Sally Show,” “The Judge Joe Brown Show,” the Discovery Channel, Comedy Central and numerous other appearances on FOX, ABC, NBC and CBS.

Wand holds a doctoral degree in psychology and is considered to be one of the most professional hypnotic entertainers in the world today.
