For the second year in a row, the Northeast Iowa Board of Trustees has frozen tuition for the upcoming school year.
At Monday’s Board meeting, Trustees passed the motion “to stem the rising costs of educational expenses,” according to a statement from the College.
NICC graduates currently carry the second lowest student loan debt in the state of Iowa.
“When many expenses in our students’ lives are increasing, what we strive to do is make their investment in a college education at NICC affordable,” said NICC President Dr. Liang Chee Wee.
