St. Benedict School students collected food and paper items for the First Lutheran Food Pantry during the weeks before Thanksgiving. Using the items collected, each classroom created a sculpture for a school-wide contest. The seventh grade class won the contest by making a replica of the Titanic. Students also collected items for a "birthday bag for Jesus" which contained a cake mix, frosting, birthday plates and napkins and a homemade Christmas card. Members of the student council help to stock the shelves at the Food Pantry with the donated items. (Submitted photos)
