O'Reilly Auto Parts submits site plan to Decorah P&Z

O' Reilly Auto Parts wants to build a new store in Decorah.
The Decorah Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to consider a site plan for the business during its meeting Monday night.
The proposal is for a 6,600-square-foot building on one of the two remaining undeveloped lots south of Walmart, closest to Old Stage Road. Plans include about 30 parking spaces.
O'Reilly specializes in automotive parts, tools, supplies and equipment, serving both professional service providers and do-it-yourself customers, according to the company's website. Founded in 1957 by the O'Reilly family, the company operated 4,041 stores in 42 states as of March 31. O'Reilly is headquartered in Springfield, Mo.
