The Luther College physics department faculty and students invite community members to experience mystifying optical illusions, laser displays, magnetic levitation and other physics wonders during its haunted lab.
It runs from 6-9 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, in the Valders Hall of Science on the lower level of the east wing. Visitors are encouraged to park in the lot east of Preus Library and use the southeast entrance on the lowest level of the building. Signs will be posted to guide visitors to the lab.
The event is open to the public with no charge for admission. Visitors are invited to come at any time during the event.
The haunted lab's team of "science ghosts" will lead events designed to be fun for visitors of all ages, including students and young visitors.
