A Decorah resident has been charged with disorderly conduct following an incident at T-Bocks in Decorah.
According to Decorah Police, law enforcement was called Saturday evening around 8 p.m. after James Lee Thorne, 19, Decorah, entered the restaurant wearing full camouflage and face paint and carrying a Wii toy gun masked with long grass.
Thorne reportedly walked crouched through T-Bocks, pointing the toy gun at people and shining a head-mounted light in customers' faces as he walked through the establishment.
After Owner Mike Bockman approached Thorne and ordered him out of the bar, he left without incident.
A short time later, he was apprehended outside the Elks Club on River St.
Thorne was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct for placing people in fear with his actions.
