Tara A. Bohr of Ossian was arrested Friday by a Winneshiek County Sheriff’s deputy on an outstanding warrant.
Bohr was charged with commission of a specified unlawful activity, a Class B felony, conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony by planning or commission, a Class D felony, and using a juvenile to commit an indictable offense, a Class C felony.
In addition, Bohr was charged with fourth-degree theft, a serious misdemeanor, and first-offense possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor.
These charges stem from an investigation by the Calmar Police Department, the Winneshiek County Attorney’s office and the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Department.
Bohr is being held in the Winneshiek County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
