FARM REAL ESTATE FOR SALE:
The Andrew Tieskotter Trust and the Bernadine Tieskotter Estate will be selling the following farm real estate:
Approximately 117 acres located north of County Road B33 and adjacent to Vanderbilt Ave. The farm real estate shall be sold in two parcels: Parcel A consists of approximately 22 acres with an average CSR(2) of 48.5 for approximately 19.27 tillable acres. Parcel B consists of approximately 95 acres with an average CSR(2) of 51.54 for approximate 89 tillable acres. Parcels A and B shall be surveyed in the event of sales to different Buyers. Said real estate is legally described as follows: The East Half of the Northwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 96 North, Range 11 West of the 5th P.M., Chickasaw County, Iowa. Parcels A and B shall be bid separately; and then Parcels A and B will be combined and bid together.
Approximately 79 acres with an average CSR(2) of 59.5 for approximately 57 tillable acres located west of the Andrew Tieskotter home place and south of the Little Turkey, and legally described as follows: The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 96 North, Range 11 West of the 5th P.M., Chickasaw County, Iowa.
Consists of approximately 5.3 acres, none of which is tillable and is legally described as: Lot 4 of the East One-Half of Section 14, Township 96 North, Range 11 West of the 5th P.M., Chickasaw County, Iowa. The current farm lease has been timely terminated for the 2016 crop year. The informational packets will set forth the parcels.

The successful bidder(s) will be required to pay 15% of the total purchase price on the day of sale. The balance due will be paid on January 15, 2016.
