TriMark Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of enclosure hardware, is currently accepting applications for the following FULL-TIME positions.  
TOOL & DIE MAKER (1st Shift)
Experience as a Machinist with emphasis on Tool and Die operations a must. Overhauls, repairs and reassembles molds and dies to meet production standards and established tolerances.  Ability to set up and operate all basic machine tools and use machinist’s tools.

MACHINING A OPERATOR (BRAKE/LASER)
Ability to set up and operate CNC Brake Press and Laser and related equipment.   Make machine, tooling and program adjustments to equipment as necessary to facilitate production and quality standards.

DIE CAST A OPERATOR
Ability to set up and operate a die cast machine, trim press and related equipment in the timely production of parts consistent with established quality standards and plant schedules.

DIE CAST B OPERATOR
Ability to set up and operate hydraulic trim presses and make adjustments.  Assists with the set up of die cast machines.

FINISHER A OPERATOR
Ability to set up and operate manual, automatic and robotic buffing machines in the timely production of finished parts.

ASSEMBLER (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Ability to complete assembly operation on products. Manufacturing assembly experience preferred.  Ability to interpret blue prints a plus.

STAGER
Ability to locate and stage inventory as required for production. Prior warehousing and forklift experience a plus.  Must be computer literate.

CHROME PLATING PARTS HANGER
Ability to load and unload parts on the racks for chrome plating and inspect parts for quality against established standards.

Director of Intercollegiate Athletics
Luther College, a private, liberal arts institution located in Decorah, Iowa, seeks applications for Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. The Athletic Director administers the NCAA Division III athletics program at Luther, ensuring compliance with federal, Iowa, and NCAA policies, and provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for all aspects of the Luther College athletics program. He/she is responsible for hiring coaches and other staff, fiscal affairs, strategic planning, facilities, and general operations. The Athletic Director manages more than 40 staff, 19 varsity sports programs, and activities that support approximately 500 student-athletes. The Athletic Director reports directly to the President and works closely with campus leaders including vice presidents for finance and administration, facilities, admissions, student life, academic affairs, communications and marketing, development, and others, as well as the health and physical education department, athletic training department and coaching and administrative staff of the Athletics Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and sound decision making with regard to all Athletics Department matters, including budgeting and fiscal affairs, fundraising, personnel, strategic planning, facilities, public relations, and general operations.  
• Ensure an environment that promotes student-athlete health and welfare and a commitment to strong academic values.
• Manage, direct, support, and assist a large and diverse staff including coaches and administrative staff.
• Represent the Luther athletics program to other Luther College program staffs for cooperation and coordination of goals and objectives for student-athletes.
• Represent the Luther athletics program to the public, NCAA, IIAC, other colleges and universities, alumni, visitors, parents, prospective and incoming students, visiting teams and all guests of the college, whether on campus, in the community, or elsewhere.
• Support and monitor the recruitment efforts of the coaching staff to ensure enrollment of qualified student-athletes. Support the development of short-term and long-range plans for recruitment efforts and coordinate with Enrollment Management Office.
• Confer with coaches and approve schedules of all athletics events.
• Assure compliance with the NCAA and IIAC conference regulations.
• Coordinate renovations and improvements of athletics facilities.
Competencies
• Possesses a working knowledge of NCAA Division III.
• Experience in fundraising.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and experience working effectively with varied constituencies.
Education and Experience
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in college athletics administration and fundraising, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience from which comparable knowledge and skills were acquired. A master’s degree and experience coaching at the college level are preferred.
