HELP WANTED: Temporary Work - 12 Job Openings – Starting: 04/01/2015 and Ending: 12/01/2015 Operates self-propelled custom harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops.  Adjusts speed cutter, blowers and conveyors and height of cutting head, using hand tools.  Changes cutting head as appropriate for crop.   Drives heavy truck to transport produce to elevator or storage area.  Drives transporter truck to haul harvesting machines between work sites.  Services machinery and makes in field repairs. Must have a CDL or appropriate driver’s license or be able to obtain within in 30 days of hire. We require six months experience. The employer, Mr. Paplow from Roscoe, SD will pay the AEWR of $13.59/hr (SD, KS, ND), $10.35/hr (OK),$11.37/hr (CO) or prevailing wages of $3000/mo plus room and board (ND) or $2200/mo (SD) plus room and board. Work will be performed in South Dakota, North Dakota, Colorado, Kansas and Oklahoma. The employer, Maurer Harvesting & Trucking from Ipswich SD will pay the (AEWR) of $13.59/hr (SD,ND,KS), $10.35/hr (OK) or prevailing of $2200/mo plus room and board (SD), $3000/mo plus room and board (ND). The employer will pay the highest of the AEWR, prevailing wage or piece rate, the agreed-upon collective bargaining wage, or the Federal or State minimum wage.  Work will be performed in South Dakota, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
