DONOR RECORDS COORDINATOR:  Luther College seeks a full-time member of the support staff in the Development office, to assist fundraising efforts by creating reports from the database and help in organizing special events and meetings. The duties of the Donor Records Coordinator position include creating all periodic giving reports and assisting with the maintenance of donor giving records. Additional duties include providing proofreading support for alumni updates in class agent letters and administrative support for parents programs, the college’s Family Weekend, and Homecoming. Knowledge of Access and Excel computer programs, along with skills in word processing, proofreading, organizing event details, and preparing correspondence are  sought; successful candidates will have the ability to work extensively with numbers, provide strong attention to detail, and possess excellent organizational skills. High school diploma and at least one year of post-high school education required. One or more years of data maintenance and reporting experience required. Applicants  must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Access and Excel.
