Essential Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office, Internet Explorer and Edge; Google Chrome; Mozilla Firefox; including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and end-user support.
• The ability to troubleshoot and repair printers, copiers (other office equipment as applicable)
• The ability to resolve common business equipment problems.
• The foresight to monitor systems under their area of responsibility to proactively  address issues before they become problems.
• Communications skills appropriate to receiving and resolving employee issues and problems, as well as the ability to teach technology skills to other employees as appropriate.
• The ability to be available on an on-call basis to support business-critical objectives outside of normal schedules.
• Familiarity or the ability to quickly gain such familiarity to Toppling Goliath’s point-of- sale and production systems.
Desired Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with Apple computers and operating system.
• Familiarity with PC computers and operating system.
• Familiarity with MDM (mobile device management) to facilitate business objectives with ipads, laptops, and smartphones.
Other Requirements:
• Travel: no significant travel is expected, however it may occasionally be required. 5%.
• Safety: Toppling Goliath is an active beer production facility and the incumbent will be expected to adhere to safety policies, procedures, and practices as mandated by the Company.
• Tools and equipment: Toppling Goliath will provide a computer and equipment as necessary for proper performance of the job.
• Driver license: the incumbent must possess and maintain a driver license.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, COLLEGE MINISTRIES - Luther College seeks a .92 FTE, 11-month, administrative assistant to provide support to College Ministries. College Ministries serves as a focal point for students seeking spiritual guidance and support and the community’s dialogue of faith and learning. The College Ministries Administrative Assistant coordinates the administrative and clerical work of the office including external communication with  congregations, pastors, and various church offices. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in welcoming students and assessing requests for mentoring and pastoral care. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of four years office experience as well as excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills. A college degree, experience working in higher education, or church office experience is preferred.
