HELP WANTED: Temporary Work – 2 Job Openings Starting: 05/21/2017 and ending: 12/01/2017. We need seasonal assistance with the farm operations during the spring, summer and fall. Employees will need to operate tractors during the planting, windrowing season, fertilize during the summer months and operate combines/balers to bale hay during the harvesting season. During the summer the employees will also need to assist with building and maintaining fences and buildings, work cattle and complete routine maintenance and service on equipment.  During the late fall employees will need to haul hay bales and grain to storage bins. Must have a CDL or appropriate driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Require a high school diploma or GED and 3 months’ experience. The employer, Rust Ranches from Okaton, SD will pay the adverse effect wage rate of $13.79/hr. The employer guarantees 3/4 of the workdays in the work contract. The work tools, supplies and equipment are provided without cost to the worker, if applicable. Free housing is provided to workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the workday. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier. Essential Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office, Internet Explorer and Edge; Google Chrome; Mozilla Firefox; including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and end-user support.
• The ability to troubleshoot and repair printers, copiers (other office equipment as applicable)
• The ability to resolve common business equipment problems.
• The foresight to monitor systems under their area of responsibility to proactively  address issues before they become problems.
• Communications skills appropriate to receiving and resolving employee issues and problems, as well as the ability to teach technology skills to other employees as appropriate.
• The ability to be available on an on-call basis to support business-critical objectives outside of normal schedules.
• Familiarity or the ability to quickly gain such familiarity to Toppling Goliath’s point-of- sale and production systems.
Desired Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with Apple computers and operating system.
• Familiarity with PC computers and operating system.
• Familiarity with MDM (mobile device management) to facilitate business objectives with ipads, laptops, and smartphones.
Other Requirements:
• Travel: no significant travel is expected, however it may occasionally be required. 5%.
• Safety: Toppling Goliath is an active beer production facility and the incumbent will be expected to adhere to safety policies, procedures, and practices as mandated by the Company.
• Tools and equipment: Toppling Goliath will provide a computer and equipment as necessary for proper performance of the job.
• Driver license: the incumbent must possess and maintain a driver license.
