The Stoughton High School Norwegian Dancers are coming to Decorah Sunday, April 28.

They will join the Decorah Nordic Dancers at the Middle school gym for a workshop where they will teach each other's groups a dance or two and do some dances together.

Both groups perform at 4:30 p.m., in the Decorah Middle School gym. The public is invited. There is no charge, but a free will offering will be accepted.

The Stoughton Dancers formed in 1953. Visit stoughtonnorwegiandancers.net for more information.

The Decorah Nordic Dancers were founded in 1966 to dance at Decorah's first Nordic Fest.

Every five years a new group of dancers is picked and they dance together for 10 years. The 11th group of Nordic Dancers will be picked this coming fall. Current second grade students that will graduate from Decorah High School in 2023 will be eligible to try out.
