Northern Lights, the women’s chorale of Northeast Iowa and Southeast Minnesota, will perform its spring concert Sunday, April 27, at Decorah Lutheran Church at 2 p.m. 

Doors open to the public at 1:40 p.m.

Their selections will take attendees on travels both internationally and domestically without even having to pack your bags. 

Featured soloists are Rachael Buresh and  Rebecca Steines, while violinist Sarah Guhl and percussionist Aidan Schmitt will add instrumental accompaniment.  

Northern Lights is under the direction of Jane Kolarich, and Linda Gjerdrum is the ensemble’s piano accompanist.  

The featured guest at this concert is Cantorei of Luther College, directed by Linda Martin.  

Cantorei will perform a section of choral music midway through the concert and join Northern Lights near the end for three selections.

The concert is free to the public with a freewill offering to be collected.  

All are invited to remain for coffee and treats following the concert.
